Castle Pines

Elementary (K-5) P. E.

I'm so excited to be your PE teacher this year! PE is my passion and believe it is the foundation to fostering a life full of adventure. Here's a little bit about me... I have an amazing family that consists of my husband (Josh), two fur children, and my sweet baby girl (Taylor)! I graduated from MSU Denver with a degree in Human Development and minor in Education. Lastly, I love all things CO sports, especially the Broncos. I can't wait to embark on an exciting year of movement, laughter, and growth together!
Course Overview
We strive to create an environment where every child can discover the joy of movement and develop essential physical skills. Through exciting games, sports, and team-building activities, our students not only improve their coordination, flexibility, and strength but also learn valuable life lessons like teamwork, sportsmanship, and perseverance. Our goal is to foster a love for an active lifestyle while promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages each student to shine and embrace their unique abilities.
Field Day 2024 is Wednesday, May 22nd!

It’s that time of year again—Field Day is just around the corner! Here are some important details:

  • Parents are welcome to come and cheer on their participating students, but don’t forget to check in at the front office.
  • Ensure your students are prepared with sunscreen and water bottles. Hats are advisable, especially on hot days.
  • Field Day attire is activewear of choice, with quick-dry clothes recommended for water stations (no swimsuits, please).
  • We need YOU! Sign up to volunteer here
  • For any questions, feel free to email Coach Mueller.
